If you wish to make a complaint about a council service or member of staff, please use the council's dedicated complaints form.

What happens when I have complained?

We will always tell you who is dealing with your complaint. Our complaints procedure has two stages:

Alternative Complaint Methods

The council have alternative methods by which you can make a complaint, should you not wish to submit it online.
